Can I trim these to fit my shoes?
Yes. Full-length Vasyli orthotics can be trimmed at the forefoot with sharp scissors to match your existing insole. Remove the shoe's original insole first, use it as a template, and trim gradually — checking the fit after each cut. Never trim into the shell or heel cup.
Will these fit in my work boots?
Generally yes, provided you remove the factory insole first. Work boots usually have more internal depth than casual or dress shoes, so a full-length device fits without crowding. Lower-volume footwear such as dress shoes or slim trainers can be tighter.
