This Privacy Policy describes how TBS Health and Medical Supplies ("TBS Health", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from tbshealth.com.au (the "Site"). Order information. When you make or attempt to make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number. We use this information to fulfil orders, process payments, arrange shipping, provide invoices and order confirmations, communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and, where you have opted in, provide you with information about our products and offers.

Customer support information. If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address and the content of your enquiry) in order to respond to and resolve your enquiry.

How we share personal information

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfil our contracts with you:

  • Payment providers (including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay) process your payments. We do not store your full card details.
  • Shipping carriers (including Australia Post) receive your name, delivery address and contact details to deliver your order.
  • Analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, help us understand how the Site is used and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Cookies

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your order information for our records, including for tax, accounting and consumer-law purposes, unless and until you ask us to delete it (subject to our legal retention obligations). Our store data is hosted by Shopify, and some data may be stored or processed on servers located outside Australia (including in Canada and the United States).

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to request deletion.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request that it be corrected.
