Our refund and exchange policy:

At TBS Health, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a full guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer refunds or exchanges for items that are unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that items that are damaged, missing parts, or in unsellable condition cannot be accepted for return.

We provide free refunds and exchanges, and cover return postage for items that are faulty or not as described, or if the incorrect item or size was sent. However, please keep in mind that we do not normally give refunds for simply changing your mind or making a wrong selection. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for sizing errors, so we recommend checking sizes carefully before making a purchase.
