Shipping Information

At TBS Health, we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of being placed (orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day). Orders are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post and typically arrive within 1–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by Australia Post and are outside of our control. We recommend using your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $10.00 flat rate Australia-wide
• Express shipping: $15.00 flat rate Australia-wide
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.00

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
