Shipping Information

At TBS Health, we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping. We make every effort to dispatch all orders the same business day they are placed (orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day). Orders are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post and typically arrive within 1–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $10.00 flat rate Australia-wide
• Express shipping: $15.00 flat rate Australia-wide
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.00

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
