Trekker 3/4 Length orthotics are intrinsically medially posted arch support insoles built with the same clinical detailing as Trekker's full-length range, in a shorter profile designed to fit more easily into low-volume, dress, or fashion footwear. The Medium density is designed for lighter frames (generally under 50kg) who need supportive correction without excessive firmness underfoot.
