Smith & Nephew Jelonet is a sterile paraffin tulle gras dressing used as a low-adherent wound contact layer. Made from an open-weave gauze impregnated with soft paraffin, it sits directly on the wound bed and allows exudate to pass through into an absorbent secondary dressing, while minimising sticking and fraying on removal.
