Freeze Sleeve - Hot/Cold Compress
The Freeze Sleeve is a flexible hot and cold compression sleeve designed as an easy, reusable alternative to traditional ice packs. It's designed to help with comfort during recovery from aching muscles and joints, while allowing full mobility and range of motion.
Suitable for a wide range of ages, the Freeze Sleeve™ provides 360 degrees of cold compression and full coverage of the treatment area, and is formulated to help reduce odour build-up with repeated use.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
COLD THERAPY
Place your Freeze Sleeve™ inside the freezer in the provided bag for a minimum of two (2) hours. Your Freeze Sleeve™ may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use.
HEAT THERAPY
To heat, remove your Freeze Sleeve™ from storage bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then hold your Freeze Sleeve™ firmly against the skin. Reheat in 10 second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
