Description
Formthotics are a non-rigid orthosis, manufactured from a unique type of closed cell, cross-linked, thermoforming polyethlene (PE) foam. Formthotics are designed to replicate the effects of the body walking barefoot on natural soft surfaces such as sand or soft earth. When the body is supported properly, it is allowed to function in the way it was designed to, in response to a cushioning surface-an environment that Formthotics replicate, right inside your patient’s footwear.
