Flat shoes are typically built with very little arch or heel support, and these insoles are designed to help fill that gap without changing the fit or look of the shoe.

How to Use
Ensure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry, peel off the adhesive backing, and press the insole into place under the arch and heel. The insole can be repositioned or moved between pairs of shoes as needed.
